Meet Nicole

When Nicole was seven, her mother asked her what she wanted to do for her birthday. Rather than going to the zoo, playing princess or spending the day at Chuck E Cheese, she announced she wanted to visit the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) to see the mummies. When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she would proudly state “an archeologist just like Indian Jones!”

While Nicole has never been on a dig (yet), she loves spending time in dusty libraries, reading old newspapers on microfiche, researching historical fashions and deciphering hieroglyphics. She has a degree in History and Egyptology from the University of Toronto.

Today, Nicole writes historical fiction novels featuring strong women and epic love stories.

When not writing, you can find Nicole cooking and baking, spending time in nature, or traveling with her husband and son.
